ELLINA ONISCIUC — CEO OF ELLINA LAW FIRM

As a proud first-generation attorney, who went from being an immigrant to becoming an American citizen, I successfully navigated this complex journey by myself, and I am dedicated to guiding YOU and YOUR family through this as well.

My American dream began by attending Augustana University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/International Affairs and Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish and French). While at Augie, I served as the Augustana Cultural Exchange (ACE) Ambassador, providing support to international students in adjusting to academic and cultural life in the United States.

I chose to pursue a legal education with a clear purpose to use the law as a tool to help people navigate difficult times and build better futures. I was accepted to the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, where I served on the South Dakota Law Review. After earning my Juris Doctor, I was awarded a yearlong clerkship with the highest court in South Dakota — the South Dakota Supreme Court.

Prior to founding ELLINA LAW FIRM, I honed my legal skills on complex cases, developing a strong foundation in both strategy and client advocacy, and gained extensive experience in the areas of Immigration Law, Family Law, Estate Planning and Trust Administration, and Landlord-Tenant Law.

I am a zealous advocate for my clients, and I am passionately committed to protecting YOUR rights and achieving the best possible outcome for YOU and YOUR family!
